To do this we identify, plan and implement the means to achieve operational performance excellence, beginning with conducting “deep-dive” sessions that cover all aspects of the workshop.
Story of our founder
Vinay Ramjattan is passionate about the motor industry and business since a young age. He completed New managers Programme (NMP) and Management Advance Programme (MAP) at Wits Business school as well as numerous other managerial programmes. Vinay has in excess of 25 years experience in the Motor Industry which inculdes 19 years in various managerial posistions.
Vinay completed his apprenticeship at a BMW service centre in KwaZulu-Natal and played an instrumental role in devising a turnaround strategy for a BMW franchise in Pretoria. This boosted the business’ overall performance with an attendant increase in profits.
In 2020, he was appointed as General Manager of the largest Independent Aftermarket Workshop concepts division, responsible for the Africa region. During his role as General Manager for Workshop Concepts Africa, he executed various plans for East, West and North Africa.
Vinay was a major contributor to the Minimum Value Proposition and Standard Operating Procedures in each country. He adapted and implemented strategies to help the company become the market leader in many challenging environments. One accomplishment was the creation of an online training platform for the entire African region.
